                    What you can do with Odoo ERP and Xero

Import your accounts from Xero to Odoo ERP. This automatically configures Odoo ERP so it is ready to export your invoices “pre-booked” to Xero.

Import your contacts from Xero to Odoo ERP. If you are creating your new leads in a CRM linked to Xero, then you can import them to Odoo ERP so as to enter their order data. You can also import all your contacts when you start using Odoo ERP.

At start up time you can bulk import items created in Xero.

Export sales and purchase invoices from Odoo ERP to Xero. This will include details of the invoices together with customer and supplier data and also the items that you are selling or buying. You can choose if your invoices are exported as draft, submitted or approved.

                            For your accountant

Remember that Odoo ERP is a web-based multiuser system, so you can give your accountant or book-keeper user credentials in Odoo ERP. They can then control the Odoo ERP – Xero process according to their own timetable.
